Refund Policy

2.1 Standard Eligibility (Unaccessed Content)
You may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided that no course content has been accessed, viewed, streamed, or downloaded.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within the 48-hour window from the exact timestamp of transaction completion.
2.2 Immediate Access & Loss of Refund Right
Course content is made available immediately upon successful card payment.
Once access logs indicate that any portion of the course material has been accessed or viewed, the right to a refund is forfeited, except as outlined in Section 2.3.
2.3 Faulty or Technical Issues
If technical errors on our platform prevent you from accessing or streaming the purchased course, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you will be entitled to a full refund or platform credit regardless of the 48-hour window.
3. Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales
Courses purchased by individuals or entities in the course of business or professional practice (including solicitors, law firms, and legal professionals) are structured as B2B transactions. Statutory consumer cooling-off periods under consumer rights legislation do not automatically apply except as explicitly granted under Section 2.1 of this policy.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used at checkout within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your card issuer.
We reserve the right to verify user activity logs prior to approving any refund request.
